• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500 (five hundred taka)
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka)
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Usually within 24 to 72 hours

• Payment Method Matching: Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method

To prevent money laundering, 7kbd reserves the right to verify the source of any transaction. Suspicious transactions will be suspended immediately and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Collusion or cheating in coordination with other players

You may request to close your account at any time. Any valid balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed.

• Voluntary Closure: Submit a request through support — processed within 7 business days
• Inactive Accounts: A maintenance fee may be deducted after 12 months of inactivity
• Closed Account Recovery: Reinstatement may be possible in certain cases upon request
